More About Us

Dear Friends,

Our story began in 2004 when we met through a mutual friend. We fell in love and just couldn’t get enough of each other, so we’ve spent all of our free time together from then on. After we were married, it was soon apparent that we would not have children on our own. It was hard to accept it at first but we have enjoyed eight wonderful years as a couple. After much prayer, we feel that adoption is the way to build our family and know it will happen when the time is right.

We love going on road trips! But this picture shows us going on a short trip to Walmart.

We love to have fun in the simplest of ways, whether it’s working on projects around the house, playing Xbox together, going on road trips, watching movies (especially super campy old ones) or just going window shopping and dreaming about the future. We have a little dog that likes to chase our cat all-around our house. We have absolutely loved being aunt and uncle to bunches of nephews and nieces and cannot wait to have a baby of our very own. We look forward to helping our child develop both temporally and spiritually and want to help him or her acquire a higher education and also learn the fundamental principles of faith. We are committed to helping our child enjoy their childhood and discover and develop their talents.
